PLON Synergy Group Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 13 November 2002 in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Act and began its operations in the same year. PLON Synergy Group Sdn Bhd is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries, namely PeterLabs Sdn Bhd and Osmosis Nutrition Sdn Bhd, are principally involved in the manufacturing, trading and distribution of animal health and nutrition products.
On March 2023, PLON Synergy Group Sdn Bhd started to engage with the business activities of trading and distributing of food for human consumption. PLON Synergy Group has been appointed as an authorized exclusive sole distributor in Malaysia for the distribution of food products namely WASABESKING and WASABESKING IX.

On 1 April 2026, PLON Synergy Group Sdn Bhd expanded into the online pet care industry with the launch of our dedicated online store, Catchyland Official Store.
