PeterLabs Holdings Berhad (“PLabs”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 28 July 2010 as a private limited company under the name PeterLabs Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The Company later converted to a public limited company and adopted its current name on 29 October 2010 to facilitate its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. PLabs was successfully listed on the ACE Market on 26 July 2011. The Group’s subsidiaries, PeterLabs Sdn. Bhd. and Osmosis Nutrition Sdn. Bhd., were both incorporated in Malaysia on 4 October 2002. Meanwhile, PLon Synergy Group Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia on 13 November 2002.

As one of the leading specialists in the manufacturing, distribution, export, and trading of animal health and nutrition products, PLabs and its subsidiaries (“Group”) offers a wide range of products, including biosecurity and disinfectants, compound feed supplements, feed additives, nutritional premixes, pharmaceuticals, and water-soluble supplements..

Our manufacturing plant, located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, was commissioned in July 2011. The facility spans an area of 3 acres and houses the corporate office, production facilities, warehouse, quality control departments, and both physio-chemical and microbiology laboratories. This plant is compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (“GMP”) standards, as certified by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (“NPRA”). This certification ensures that our products are manufactured in a hygienic environment and in adherence to the highest industry standards, giving our customers confidence in the quality and safety of our products.

In line with the Group’s efforts to expand its manufacturing capacity, we have ventured into mass production and toll manufacturing. In July 2016, the Group established an additional Fat Granular Spray Plant in Klang. This facility was primarily designed for the manufacturing and storage of our in-house brand, OsmoFAT and was honoured with the Asia Halal Brand Awards 2017 – Regional Brands: Best Animal Nutrition Feed Product. achieved key industry certifications, including ISO 22000, the HACCP Food Safety Management System, and GMP+ B2 in 2018. For long-term cost efficiency, the operations of the Fat Granular Spray Plant were consolidated at Nilai plant by end of 2024.

Additionally, in 2018, the Group was recognized by Financial Times and Statista with the FT1000 High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2018 award. In 2019, the Group received the World Confederation of Business – World Business Leader award, recognising our success as leaders who work in an innovative, knowledgeable, and systematic manner. In the same year, our Group Managing Director, Mr. Lim Tong Seng (“Mr. Lim”), was honoured by The Socrates Committee in Oxford, UK, as The Best Manager of the Year for his outstanding achievements and professionalism in company management. Mr. Lim was also named World Leader Businessperson by the World Confederation of Business.

Our Group has accumulated years of experience in ensuring the quality of both product ingredients and packaging components. Our products are manufactured through processes that adhere to stringent industry standards and meticulous regulations. With our advanced production facilities, we are able to offer a wide range of animal health products tailored to meet the needs of the livestock industry.

On 1 January 2021, the Group acquired a 60% equity interest in Thye On Tong Trading Sdn. Bhd. (“TOT”). TOT, incorporated on 31 December 1979 in Malaysia as a private limited company, began its operations in the same year as a retailer in a traditional Chinese medical hall. Over the years, TOT has transformed from a small retailer into one of Malaysia’s leading distributors of fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”). The Company has successfully built strong partnerships with well-known brands, including Colgate-Palmolive Marketing Sdn. Bhd., Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd., DKSH Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., GoodMorning Global Sdn. Bhd., Indadi Utama (M) Sdn. Bhd., Delima Oil Product Sdn. Bhd. (FGV), Ramah International Sdn. Bhd., M & S Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. and Ayoyo Products Sdn. Bhd.

As part of its ongoing business and investment strategy, the Group acquired a 3.9-acre freehold industrial land at Sendayan TechValley, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan on 20 September 2022, followed by an additional 1.9-acre freehold industrial land at the same location on 8 December 2023, intended for future expansion. Subsequently, on 2 January 2025, the Group further acquired another parcel of freehold land in the vicinity, which the Group believes represents a good opportunity to invest in and own the property for the long-term benefit and interest of the Group. The Group currently has no immediate plans for the use of the property, nor does it intend to lease it to any third party at this juncture
