PeterLabs Holdings Berhad (“PLabs”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 28 July 2010 as PeterLabs Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The Company was later converted into a public limited company and adopted its current name on 29 October 2010 to facilitate listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. PLabs was successfully listed on 26 July 2011.

Subsidiaries include PeterLabs Sdn. Bhd., Osmosis Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. (both incorporated in 2002), and PLon Synergy Group Sdn. Bhd.

The Group is a specialist in manufacturing, distribution, export, and trading of animal health and nutrition products, including: • Biosecurity & disinfectants
• Feed supplements & additives
• Nutritional premixes
• Pharmaceuticals
• Water-soluble supplements

Products are developed under strict quality and industry standards.

The Nilai, Negeri Sembilan plant (commissioned July 2011) spans 3 acres and houses production, warehouse, QC departments, physio-chemical and microbiology laboratories. The facility complies with GMP standards certified by NPRA, ensuring hygienic production and high product safety.

In 2016, the Group expanded with the Klang Fat Granular Spray Plant producing OsmoFAT. The facility is certified under HACCP, ISO 22000 and GMP-B standards. By end of 2024, fat granular spray operations were consolidated at the Nilai plant to improve efficiency.

In 2022, the Group acquired a 3.9-acre freehold industrial land in Semenyih TechValley, Seremban, followed by an additional 1.3-acre land in 2023 for future expansion.
