Techno Commercial Executive - Peterlabs

Position: Techno Commercial Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team aligned with the company direction.
  • Conduct outstation visits to provide technical service and solutions for customers in different territories.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, labels, company website updates, bulletins, field trials, and special projects.
  • Provide product training or organize marketing events for the sales and marketing team.
  • Monitor marketing objectives and stock inventory of assigned principles.
  • Carry out market survey analysis and provide feedback on market environment changes and competitor activities.
  • Prepare veterinary prescription documents and handle GMP audits for the department.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Female candidate, aged 26 - 35 (Chinese).
  • Skills required: Data management, marketing support, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Join Our Team - Peterlabs

Position: Accountant

Reports to:

Financial Controller on all matters pertaining to finance-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a full spectrum of finance functions, including group finance, credit control, treasury, accounts, budgeting/forecasting, taxation, insurance, legal, and company secretarial management.
  • Quarterly announcement and reporting to Bursa Malaysia.
  • Supervise and monitor subordinate daily routine jobs.
  • Liaise with tax agents, solicitors, bankers, auditors, and other statutory bodies.
  • Preparation of accurate and timely Management Reports and Financial Statements in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Ongoing review of costs, proposals, and evaluation of cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Support and manage internal and external audit requirements, including ensuring timely resolution for audit findings and comments.
  • Prepare monthly group consolidation and financial analysis.
  • Ensure strict compliance with corporate governance and the implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to support various accounting activities and perform all other account and finance-related tasks as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience in an audit firm will be an added advantage.
  • Male/Female, age below 40 years old.
  • Good working attitude and able to take instructions to work independently.
  • Trustworthy and value-driven in proposals and decision-making.

Job Types:
